All travel, tour, transfer, and other services provided through this website are subject to the following terms and conditions. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Reservation and Payment
All reservations can be made through our website or authorized sales representatives. A reservation is considered confirmed only after the full payment has been completed.

2. Service Content and Responsibility
Our agency strives to clearly and accurately specify the content of the services offered. However, due to circumstances beyond our control—such as natural disasters, weather conditions, or technical issues—program changes may occur. In such cases, customers will be informed and alternatives will be offered whenever possible.

3. Prices
All prices are stated in Turkish Lira (or the specified currency) and include taxes. The agency reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. However, the price valid on the booking date will apply to the customer.

4. Cancellation and Refund
Cancellations and refunds are handled according to the conditions specified in the “Cancellation and Refund Policy” section.

5. Customer Responsibilities
The customer agrees that the information provided during the reservation process is accurate and complete. Each customer is expected to participate on time, carry necessary documents (passport, ID, visa, etc.), and comply with all rules.

6. Insurance and Coverage
Our tours are insured in accordance with legal requirements. However, personal travel insurance, health coverage, and loss/damage situations are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Dispute Resolution
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. In the event of any dispute, the courts and enforcement offices of [agency headquarters location] shall have jurisdiction.
